Aves
The 14 Asian birds featured in Aves represent just a small sampling of the hundreds of species found within the region. These are either highly threatened or endangered, or they are animals that I have directly interacted with over the past few years. With the staggering number of extinctions predicted within the next century, I feel that it is increasingly important to focus my work on highlighting these threatened species. These images allow audiences who may never encounter these animals to engage with a creature and, ideally, become inspired to take action and help their cause.
